And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Finally Taking A Breather...

If you're wondering why this is in English instead of Mandarin, well it's because there is a little hiccup with my computer so I figured I'll just blog in English for now before I get too busy to blog again.

The past month has been intensely busy and it ate up all my intention and time to blog about Chinese New Year and what-nots. Nonetheless, Chinese New Year this year was a fruitful one. The highlight of it was that my cousin, Rosie, who had not been been in Singapore for more than 10 years, was back to celebrate CNY with us this year. Despite the fact that we had not seen her for so long, all the cousins were curious about her and we all got along fine and played host to her, bringing her around Singapore in her 1 month vacation here. I heard that she was so touched by us that she teared at the airport on her way back to England.

Hubby and I decided that we would bring Rosie to the River Hongbao and Chingay parade on her last few nights here and we sure had lots of fun.

Another mini highlight was our first Wii get-together at Weini's house where all 6 of us had so much fun watching each other's silly Wii antics and getting a good laugh out of it.
